  Went to the store with a gaggle of kids. One of the kids has a legit severe nut allergy. I inquired whether they can provide one allergen free serving. The young man managing that day did so with a smile on his face, even though it was clearly a lot of extra work for him (get a fresh container and a fresh scoop and chisel out a single portion from that still frozen hard box). Everyone got ice-cream, nobody ended up in the hospital. A great experience.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ben & Jerry’s! Kimberly went above and beyond she was so welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding me to the perfect flavor combination. The whole visit was such a joy, and the ice cream was divine, as always. Thanks, Kimberly, for making my day! Also ! James, was also fantastic he welcomed me with a smile and made the whole visit feel special. And, of course, the ice cream was incredible I’ll definitely be back!

  I had a great experience at Ben & Jerry’s thanks to Kimberly and James. They were friendly, patient, and provided excellent customer service. They helped me choose my order, answered my questions, and made me feel welcome. Their positive attitude really stood out and made my visit even better. Thank you for going above and beyond!

  I recently visited and had a wonderful experience. I tried a large cup with three scoops: two Salted Caramel Blondie and one Butter Pecan. The Salted Caramel Blondie was incredible--the blondie pieces were chewy and flavorful, and the overall combination wasn't too sweet. While $10 for three scoops might seem a bit pricey, it was definitely well worth it.
