- JOJosh OnyangoMay 9, 20265.0there are not many times i wished that I had two stomachs so i can continue eating a dish, but this was one of them. with each bite, i was transported to a happy place and i just wanted to stay there. the philly cheesesteak is an absolute revelation in what a sandwich can be. Seasoning, sauce, and dough is perfectly balanced. I was here for a 3 day conference and i was at this restaurant each day, cause… where else could I go? I’m glad i don’t live here cause I would probably die at a tragic young age from a happy food coma.
