  I don’t recommend. As a pretty women , don’t eat places where you can’t see your food being prepared. This girl employee was visibly bothered when I walked in , her whole face changed , she walks off not realizing I wasn’t going to order in person anyway. I order online on apps when I am physically at any restaurant I pick up food from. I went against my better judgement and still ordered which I shouldn’t have however I thought I would be able to see the food be made but they have the area where they prepare the sandwiches and wings with sauce hidden and blocked off by a big freezer. The manager allows and influences his employees to lie about refund methods. I proved this because I left with a refund. The delusion of some to believe that they could just give you trash food , take long to prepare a replacement and then want to disrepair you in a nice nasty attitude about replacing the cold old fries thag I didn’t pay attention to until I realize my relative wasn’t eating because they were disgustingly as well. Which is strange because I seen them drop new fries however I realized they started playing musical chairs with fries and had given me old fries not the freshly prepared ones. The chicken sandwich with the new “ glazed lemon pepper “ sauce smelled rancid , like chemicals and tasted foul. I even had a man customer smell the sandwich and his first reaction was eww why does it smell like that , its smells trash and strong and he wouldn’t eat it. I then proceed to ask whats in the glaze sauce because I assumed it was honey , the girl employee said it’s not honey and she wasn’t sure. So I asked for another sandwich and asked for a dry rub season lemon pepper , which she claimed that they had no dry rub seasonings that everything with lemon pepper was wet and glazed (I wasn’t paying attention because I would have called her out for lying about that because the definitely do have dry rub lemon pepper ) Just proves they was consistent on trying to give me some tampered poison conjunction they created back there because who lies like that so I just said give me plum with the sauce on the side. After 10 minutes past , I felt like this is weird as I watched the male cook keep peeking at me to see if I still was watching. Then 20 minutes go by and I am like I just want a refund because this is suspicious and I feel yall are doing something to my food because it should not take this long for a plan chicken sandwich. She then claims he’s preparing it now and thats it’s coming out now. I check the sandwich it doesn’t even have pickles on it but it has the wet Lemon pepper sauce in the cup on the side. She runs back to grab pickles and I asked her were there some fresh fries to replace the fries I had , she had the nerve to say “ she couldn’t do that”. Thats when all the patience and kindness went away and I demanded a refund . I told her to call the manager because this is ridiculous how he basically would have yall in here lying about how things work. She then proceeds to say he wouldn’t be able to do a refund until tomorrow after 12 pm and that he could only do it physically at the register , which I told her was not true , I received a refund from a general manager in georgia who contacted me on the phone before , he did it from home. I know it was possible for her to do the refund with out hom physically here , so stop playing with me. I told her to jus call the manager at this point because I want my refund now , she calls him and start to lie and say she gave me a free sandwich when all the old food was sitting on the counter in front of her and I initially believed she didn’t grab it because of “OSHA “ , usually don’t allow for you to accept food back from the customer. She’s now trying to prepare new fries which I didn’t want anymore because to have to get out of character to show you that you’re not about to play with me for you to your job is ridiculous. I don’t want food from yall at this point . She tried her best to be nasty and lie to the manager and really thought I was going to leave with nothing.

  I love this Wingstop the STAFF are always nice, the food is always fresh and hot. I would recommend this store always !
