The service was great. The food and drinks were also really good. I liked the fact that the managers walked around and checked on us and the other tables to make sure everything was okay.

We love outback and especially had a great experience this time with Nick as our waiter! He was the nicest and best waiter!

We ordered out and parts of our meals were missing. We requested our steaks be cooked medium and they were basically beer jerky. Would likely never order again.

We have been coming to this location for the last two years and were never disappointed until yesterday. It was my daughter’s birthday and I asked the waitress to bring out a candle towards the end of the dinner and sing her a birthday song. The waitress confirmed but this never happened. We asked for water twice, and the water never came. Before placing the order we asked for the bill to be broken into two. When it was time for us to pay, we were presented with one bill. We waited for additional 20 minutes until the waitress came back with two checks. My husband’s a salad had a wrong dressing. The waitress failed to clean up the table; our dirty dishes were still on the table when we were presented with a check. I have lived in this area for 24 years and have never experienced such terrible service. The management should invest in training of their staff. Tidying up in the bathrooms would also help. The beer and the food it was excellent- no complaints there.

On July 29th I went out with my partner to celebrate his birthday. When looking around the restaurant, it looked like a slow Wednesday night, with maybe a couple tables per server's section. We were immediately sat by a hostess at a fine booth at around 6:05. The half of the restaurant only had 2 tables left eating/waiting on entrees, one looking to close out and there looked to be a large party table being tidied up by multiple servers and bussers. While they all had at least glanced at us and made eye contact, several other tables were also sat. Once all the servers rushed off with dirty dishes, we even overheard multiple employees making the comment "they're still waiting." One server, a young woman who seemed to have had the large party, was asking another young man to help her forge a gift card tip signature that had been left on the table. While servers passed us over and over, the other parties that were sat over 10-15 minutes after us received the famous outback bread, drinks ordered and ran, menu questions answered, and even appetizers brought out. We walked out at 6:27 without having been greeted by another employee since being sat. The hostesses seem nice enough, but either communication is completely lacking at this location, management do not supervise the floor, or the servers can only handle a single table per hour. Usually I wouldn't go so hard on a restaurant, but this was a teamwide neglect. If 0 stars was an option it'd be used.
