- NDN DAug 8, 20265.0Walked in to pick up a few items, hopped in line, and received excellent service from Bryce. It’s very seldom that I’m greeted with a smile by a cashier at this location, so I truly appreciated his friendly attitude and great customer service. Bryce definitely made my visit a pleasant one. Thank you!
- PAPelumi AJul 16, 20261.0This is obviously the worst store I've been. They've got very nasty staff at the pickup section. I had to report the staff to one of their managers called Shawn (or wheoevrr) and she was rude and worse than tbe staffs I reported. It's not s place to shop at all.

- JWJenn WattsMay 25, 20261.0I went grocery shopping 5/22/26. I bought three packs of 8 pieces dark meat two were 9.99. I had a 4 pack for 3.99. Told the cashier the price was $3.99 and not $9.99 so she charged me $9.99 even after I told her the price was incorrect. So I took my receipt up to giants to try to explain the mistakes. The manger said I don't see that on the receipt because the cashier put in the wrong price. I stayed this is the receipt for this. And the manager proceeded to call me a lier and homeless and dirty. I totally don't stand for the disrespect from a manager when the customer is always right. I spend a lot of money in that store and don't appreciate getting talk to that way. I will never step foot back into the owings mills giants again. I would love a refund back to me. Jennifer watts
