Between rushing when there are NO customers behind me, being portion police, and just not listening when I tell you what I want. I really should've just said nevermind and left. $12.35 for a bowl and you're shaking meat off the spoon, put my portion back. They also charged me for a bag and didn't even ask. Then one of the employees is out back smoking weed. Do better I'm going to the Pikesville location!! Dumpster fire of a location!!

I'm very disappointed and will not be spending my money here. Chipotle should be happy that the public is still purchasing anything from their establishment. And the people that work here lack professionalism and tact. Also flagging that they begin speaking Spanish after I requested for additional meat.

They say they didn't have rice or rice period with time still to cook rice or prepare the food for the last customer. Unprofessional should have locked the doors early and not give the customers in line expectations while you still open. 🤔
