- THTS HSep 18, 20265.0I noticed that some of the other reviews for this location aren’t very positive, but my experience was actually very good. The portions were generous, the food was fresh and tasted great, and everything was prepared just the way I expected. I was also impressed by how clean the restaurant was. The food preparation area was clean and well maintained, and the drink, napkin, and utensil stations were also neat and organized. I can only speak from my own experience, but on the day I visited, everything—from the food and portions to the cleanliness—was excellent. Hopefully they can keep up this level of quality and service!

- MKMalik KerrSep 11, 20261.0Absolutely Terrible Experience I’m an avid Chipotle customer and eat there almost every day, sometimes twice a day. I normally go to the 8652 Pulaski Hwy location, which is consistently 10/10 great food, portions, staff, and service. I only came to this location as a last resort, and I could not have had a worse experience. The rice was mushy and clearly not fresh, the food quality was disappointing, and the portions were noticeably smaller than what I normally receive. The service was even worse. I stood at the line with nobody attending to me, while the associates just looked at me. The cashier and the employee who should have been working the line were laughing and talking instead of helping customers. As someone who eats at Chipotle constantly, I know what good Chipotle looks like. This location was a complete disappointment from the food to the service. I’ll gladly drive farther to go back to Pulaski Hwy. Food: 1/10 Portions: 1/10 Service: 1/10 Overall: 1/10
