- MFmarvin fronebergertoday1.0The food at chic fil a has taken a turn for the worse. It is too salty and greasy. the location which I frequent is located across the street from a high school. Eating in the restaurant is not a good idea. It is noisy and the kids are disrespectful. the drive-in is slow and the window personnel are unprofessional and occasionally offensive. W sandwich fries and soda for two is more than 30 dollars. Too much to pay something inedible.

It was as if someone literally bit their nails and spit it into my sunjoy. I called the store manager and he offered me a free drink.... A FREE DRINK!!! As if the last drink didn't have a finger nail in it. He was very nonchalant and not really apologetic. I requested a refund and he said I would have to wait 3-4 for a store operator "Paul" to be exact. So I called corporate. They pretty much told me the same thing. I looked at my account and the $9.11 was there. However, I am so dissatisfied by the lack of sympathy and customer service. No manager or store operator ever reached out about my experience. They completely shrugged it off. Everyone in the situation was nonchalant and just plain careless. I will never go back or recommend this location.

Ari was so attentive and helpful as we were handling a larger than normal order. This is our go to chick fil a no matter where we are!
