  I came to this location on May 14 at about eight in the morning. The management team at this location, lacks accountability. I will note that I order the same drink from McDonald’s nearly every single day. I also order this drink from multiple locations and for the most part, it tastes the same. If you use the recipe, and if you follow the instructions, it will taste fairly similar every single time. However, the drink that was prepared this morning was very dark in color and extremely bitter. I knew immediately once she handed it to me that it was made incorrectly so before I pulled off. I took a sip and as I thought the vanilla iced coffee was very, very bitter. I asked for more vanilla to offset the bitterness a bit, even though I knew that wouldn’t correct this drink because it was made all wrong… The manager, then proceeded to argue with me to inform me that I was ordering the drink wrong and that I need to tell them that I would like extra this and that when ordering. I politely informed this manager that I order the exact same drink every single morning, i’ve never had a problem before. Every drink is not made with perfection. I do understand that because I can’t say that every dream that I’ve received was perfect because that would be far from the truth, but to argue with a customer that they’re placing their order incorrectly is a bit bizarre. So, unfortunate situation, but I still try to drink the coffee being as so, I did pay for it. Without going into details, let’s just say the coffee was just not prepared right and we all know what happens when a coffee drink is not prepared correct correctly. 😫🤢… so I went to my neighborhood location and had them prepare it for me the correct way as they always do. The customer service here needs improvement and the accountability on the manager team also needs improvement.

  Idk about Hawaii culture. I feel like they’re frugal with everything including service. They hand you one ketchup packet when you order 5 hash browns and 5 big breakfasts.

  Terrible service. Ordered coke with no ice. But given coke with ice. By the time our order was completed the food was cold. The staff seemed confused about everything.

  Placed an order on the App at 10am for breakfast & when I arrived at 10:27 I was told breakfast was over and the app had automatically cancelled my order. Then the app told me it would take 5-7 days to return my money. It didn’t take 5-7 to take it out of my bank. And who cancels breakfast at 10:30 in the morning. This is not the first time something has gone wrong here, but it’s certainly the last for us. Too many other places to eat around here to go through this. I went straight to Dave’s Cafe and had a great breakfast. We will not be back here, enough is enough. Besides that the person who handled this situation was extremely rude & unprofessional. What a disappointing place.
