- MMMP MP2 days ago1.0Got bowel 9pm yesterday Sept 30th and this morning 7am, before breakfast, I have stomach upset. Many of colleagues also say that. This should be taken seriously by the chipotle restaurant otherwise my friend said he may complain to the county. NEVER NEVER EVER coming back to this restaurant and I will tell as many colleagues as I can. I see many past reviews about food poisoning reviews for more than 2 years. You seem to have not learned from the past reviews. I See that many times you Just seem to send automatic message replies. That show how insensitive management is. May be one day community may email to the company CEO too! So please take extra care and keep community healthy. Thanks 🙏

- CHChris HyeonAug 29, 20261.0During one of the BOGO promotions, we noticed after receiving our order that one of the entrees were not compensated. I went back to the store to request a refund. First, she assumed that the guac, tortilla and chip purchase was the reason for the wrong total, and when I broke down the costs, she was unwilling to listen and dismissed me. Secondly, she flat out lied and said chipotle doesn't give out refunds, and that I'd have to take the issue with corporate. Third, after asking to speak with the manager, she still wouldn't try to listen to the situation, and insulted me by saying several times 'You don't have money' before relenting and giving me the refund. I understand that it was a very busy time because of the promotion, but this all could've been resolved with an apology and refund. There was no accountability; just unprofessionalism and contempt. Please train your 'management' with basic customer service. If a mistake is made, own up to it. No need to put customers down especially when everyone works hard for their money.
