It arrived very quickly which leads me to believe that it probably was pre-made and just waiting for someone to order a pepperoni pizza that all they had to do was warm slightly for a delivery. I didn't bother to call and complain because I didn't I lost trust. However, the delivery person was kind enough.

We gave this location several chances, thinking all the mistakes were just a one-off. This is by far the worst Papa John’s franchise location I’ve ever been to. Every time we have ordered a large pizza w/ traditional crust we have received this dry, thin crust unlike anything we have ever had at other locations. On a separate occasion there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. The garlic knots are always so tiny it genuinely feels like a ripoff. The final straw for us was when we open the container of garlic knots and see that there was not a bit of garlic on the knots. Seriously? I feel like we are being trolled every time we come here. There is obviously no training whatsoever happening and quality control is nonexistent. Never thought I would have to switch to Dominos…but this location gives me no choice.
