  Today while running around trying to get done before the storm hit, a young man named Christian could tell I needed help locating something. He knew exactly where it was. I grabbed it and continued on my mad dash. Thank goodness I ran into him again because I needed Tzatziki dip and he knew right where that was also. He was very helpful and friendly. This is not my usual store but he may have just won me over.

  I genuinely do not like this giant, you see no smiles , no one speaks , it’s almost like walking in a big highschool of children with no common curtesy of retail work . I genuinely had to let one employee no I am not a child and it’s way you deal with customers when your not in the mood to work , I would never wanna be called “ aye “ when I’m asking for help looking for an item . Everybody is so focused on making sure you’re not stealing then actually helping . I live right in the neighborhood and I avoid this place I go to other grocery store just for the respect I get from the other stores from employees . This place is a bit off and I’ve I been coming to get my meds here for quiet sometime and I’m ready to change pharmacy’s as well

  Check your receipt before leaving. My wife was charged $100 for a bagel. It showed up as “Artesian Bread” on the receipt. It seemed like a simple code mistake or something, but my wife had to drive back to get it fixed. So, you’d think they’d just give her the bagel after their mistake and her having to burn the gas and take the time to drive back and forth. Nope. They refunded the $100 and charged her for the bagel. Nice and clean for them. We’ve been Giant customers since the early 90s and spend between $7,000 and $10,000 a year on groceries. After this, we’re thinking about switching to a different grocery chain. I’ve only had one other problem there in all those years, but this one is really annoying. I’m sure they don’t care.

  Great persoel. Joseph, Rick, the bakery chef, Val at check out and Lona in pharmacy, Montana with online orders. Jessica, love seeing you. Can there be a better store, everyone is so helpful!
