  I should have believed the reviews. I was only .4 miles away and they took one hour to deliver. I only ordered 2 medium pies. When I called the store to ask for status of the driver they said idk. I asked how long ago did the driver leave. They said idk he will be there soon. How don’t you know when the driver took the pizza? Completely unprofessional. Not even a “sorry the delay.” Delivery driver was nice. Cherry on top was the pizza finally arriving and being undercooked, cold and not cut. If you are going to be late, atleast make sure the order is edible.

  I order boneless buffalo wings and legit sent me what looks to be microwaved chicken nuggets with a tiny drizzle of hotsauce down the middle not even covering them absolutely in disbelief!

  I’ve had long wait times for delivery with this store before so I tried carry out this time and ordered directly through the Papa John’s app. I guess the customer should check the order in the store before leaving because one of my pizzas was missing a slice and the toppings were all sorts of incorrect. The first pizza was supposed to have pineapple and spicy Italian sausage. The finished product had sausage and banana peppers. The second pizza was supposed to have onions, banana peppers, and green peppers. The finished product had banana peppers and half green peppers, with a slice missing. Of course there is no “issue with my order” option in the app. I definitely suggest any of the other 50 pizza places in town and if you really want Papa John’s, go to the one in Ocean View, Delaware.

  I will never order from this location again. We placed an order through the papa John’s app and waited over an hour and a half for pizzas. When I would call, they would state the drivers were there and we continued to wait. We will never use this location again. Dominos would never treat us this way.

  I love Papa John’s, but the service was awful this time. Ordering wasn’t a pleasant and comfortable experience at all. One employee a guy with a big belly and a mustache was especially rude when I simply asked for a bag for my chicken wings to go order. They had given me a bag before with my sandwich order without any issue, so I don’t understand why it was a problem this time. It was really disappointing. And now I decided never go in person to papa john’s lol
