  Went into Papa John's just before they closed on Sat, Apr 11th. I must tell you that the service was outstanding. The staff (esp Chris) was so nice and friendly and then when I got back to my hotel to eat OMG the food was sooooo tasty and delish.

  Ordered two pizzas online (beef and anchovy). One came with beef loosely thrown on top after baking, and the other was just cheese with no anchovies. When I went back in, the manager (Mark) was dismissive, avoided addressing the issue, and made it clear it wasn’t worth continuing the conversation. No effort was made to correct the order. The interaction reflected a lack of basic customer service and management-level professionalism.

  sometime ago i was at ocean city i ordered papa john the food was great but i ordered papa johns on doordash and the food came at 1 AM 😫

  Pizza was delicious. We always come here every year usually a first night pizza and the last night. Always great deals when we come. The manager is very devoted to this place and truly cares about his customers.
