I ordered a large fry, but the portion I received looked more like a small order. When I politely asked why the serving was so light, I was treated as though I had asked for the gentleman behind the counter’s firstborn child. The response and attitude were completely unnecessary and made the situation even more frustrating. I’ve now come to the conclusion that not all Five Guys locations are created equal. No extra scoop, poor customer service, and an overall disappointing experience. At least now I know where I should and shouldn’t spend my money.

Cashier joked and said “no fries this time?”, I laughed. Two back to back trips just to throw out both entire meals. It was nice when I heard the employee bragging to management about having 50 collective years at Five Guys, the professionalism and awareness shows! Drove 30 minutes each way both times for a burger, shame on me . Thanks guys !!! EDIT: Something tells me I’d visit again with an identical experience……..

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
