- HRHaydee Ruiz3 days ago1.0I asked the girl for 2 coffees 6 cream and 6 sugar and she said that it was alot.so instead she prints the tag for 3 sugars 3 cream..of course we had to put our own sugar.I also asked her for 2 egg and cheese wraps and she only gives me one.Then when i told the cook i asked for 2 but only got one he said i had to get in line but it was not my fault the girl was on the phone and screwed up my order i should of never had to wait in line after she messed up my order..not for nothing but it seems like none of them knew what they was doing..

When I went to pay, the card reader wasn't detecting the chip when I inserted my card, so I politely asked the cashier for help, but she didn't even move. Then I asked her to clarify where on the machine I could tap the card since it wasn't very clear, and she rudely told me, "I can't understand you." At this point, I got angry and asked her again, now annoyed, where to tap the card. Another very kind girl came and helped me in less than two seconds. If you are not interested in helping the customer and you are going to act as if doing your job is an inconvenience in your life, better find something else to do.

One cup was almost completely black, resembling a regular coffee or Americano, while the other was simply coffee with a small amount of milk added. There was no creamy texture or foam that you would expect from a latte. The taste was even worse, it honestly reminded us of cheap instant coffee. We paid for lattes and expected a quality drink, but this was very disappointing. What makes this even more disappointing is that the drinks were made in about a minute, as if no care or effort went into preparing them properly.
