  I love the owner of this business. She is such a sweetheart. However, the service has just keep going downhill. I come here about every day and it seems like every day there is something wrong with my order and the service is so slow. It takes about 20 minutes through the drive-through. I really hope things change because I love this place but the people there just seems so untrained and have no idea what they’re doing.

  If you're looking for a coffee shop that feels like home, this is it. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service. The owner is incredibly hands-on—you can tell she genuinely cares about every customer. It was refreshing to see her not only helping customers but also taking the time to train new staff, ensuring everyone receives the same outstanding experience. The shop is spotless, cozy, and inviting, with comfortable indoor seating as well as outdoor seating if you'd rather enjoy your coffee outside. Every detail makes the space feel welcoming. Their menu has something for everyone, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, which is a huge plus. We tried the Iced Strawberry Matcha and the Strawberry Dubai Frappe, and both were absolutely delicious. You can tell they take pride in using quality ingredients and creating unique seasonal drinks. It's also worth mentioning the little details that make this place stand out—the friendly atmosphere, fresh baked items, and the genuine appreciation they show every customer. This isn't just another coffee shop—it's a place where you're treated like family. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. Great drinks, delicious food, a clean and welcoming environment, and some of the best customer service you'll find anywhere. We'll definitely be back! ☕🍓💚

  Under no circumstances should it ever take 35 minutes to even get to the front of the line to ORDER my coffee. In a shop that's easily 80 degrees. The vibe here is so cool, but the staff is so busy chatting and moving like there isn't a line out the door combined with the repeated high pitch screech of a customers name being called over and over again for every single order - that it diminishes the entire experience. All that and the coffee is mid. Over sweetened iced latte and a cappuccino with so much milk calling it a latte would be understating the milk content. Edit to respond to the very unprofessional response from the owner - 12 people liked my review in the first hour of posting. You weren't understaffed, you did make the coffee wrong - as in improperly not as in I just didn't like it - it was at least 80 degrees in your restaurant, your staff kept calling people's names loudly over and over - several people in line commented, with 2 people noting it startled them every time, and we actually waited closer to 40 minutes to order. Nothing I said was untrue. I was really excited to try your place, and incredibly disappointed in every aspect and with ugly unprofessional name calling responses like that, it seems to me like a leadership issue.

  If I could give the place a zero, I truly would. 1)when you enter, the place smells entirely of cleaner. Like, they chemical bombed the entire place that if you were to try to grab anything food related, it would taste of it 2)they will say “hello”, proceed to whisper and talk to their other coworkers about you in there and laugh right to your face I immediately left and the moment two other people came in here after we left, they immediately bolted out of the place due to the smell and treatment they received. At this point, not worth the stop and plenty of other cafes/coffee stops that treat you better, have safer conditions, wont laugh at you to your face and will ACTUALLY make you something

  Great coffee shop with excellent customer service. Stopped in for a blueberry matcha latte and had a mix-up with the milk in my drink. When I brought it to their attention, the owner, Rana (I think that’s how you spell it), personally stepped in to help. She was kind, attentive, friendly, and made sure I left with something I enjoyed. She clearly wanted to make sure I was happy with my drink. I especially appreciated that she took the time to have me try it, asked for feedback, and adjusted it to my taste. The lavender matcha latte was delicious, and the staff were welcoming throughout the experience. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they serve. As a vegan, I was especially excited to find plant-based options available. I tried the vegan breakfast sandwich, the “Veggie-O,” with vegan egg, cheese, and sausage, and it was SO good! It can be surprisingly difficult to find satisfying vegan options while traveling, so this was a really welcome find. Update (one month later): We came back, and it was just as good as we remembered. This time I had the birthday cake latte with soy milk and the vegan banana cake— both were absolutely delicious! I’m so happy to have found a coffee shop that not only has great drinks but also genuinely tasty vegan options. Looking forward to coming back the next time we’re in Ocean City! Highly recommend!
