  Caramel Crunch Mahiatto....sooo good!. This coffee shop was right next to my AirBNB spot. Not only did they have awesome customer service. But they had every flavor and combination you can think of. Definitely tried their coomies: sugar gingerbread snap, and chocolate chip. Paired perfectly with my coffee. See you guys tommorow morning 😋

  Quality has slipped a lot in the few years since I moved. Staff needs to be retrained, or a different system made, for dealing with the morning rush. The staff prioritize the drive through to the detriment of the internal line. Don't get me wrong, the staff were very nice, they're just very inefficient. I waited 40 minutes in total inside (in line and then for the drink) for a single horrible quality frappalatte. That was after multiple people ahead of me walked out of the line after waiting too long. Inside area is also not kept very well outside of the literal customer seating. The pastry display itself to the left of the line isn't fully refrigerated. I went to grab a slice of cake and could literally feel that the shelf the coffee pods were on had cold air coming off but the lower shelf the cake was kept on was room temperature. No thanks. The area behind the that pastry display was also full of discarded unbroken down boxes, to the point it was taller than the display, and just looked bad. Finally, my drink was awful. It ended up being lukewarm in blended coffee on the bottom with a cup full of foam, topped with whipped cream. You can literally see the layers move in the video. I took two sips and threw it away. Unfortunately, guess I'll have to stick to Dunkin until they get their act back together.

  I went to get a coffee and scone this morning at 10:00 am. The outdoor seating was dirty and wet. it had obviously not been cleaned since the day before, there was a towel that gave the impression someone had thought about cleaning but then given up. there was a homeless person in the parking lot right next to the seating area with his homeless cart of junk acting crazy and stinking.. I had a basic order of small black coffee, cranberry scone and iced fudge ripple. the coffee was reasonable. the iced drink was terrible. i am not sure what an iced fudge ripple is exactly supposed to taste like, but this tasted like toilet water that had a few dried coffee grounds spilled in it. then i had to wait nearly 15 minutes for them to hand me a scone because the girl making food was overwhelmed and the cashier refused to help her. after repeatedly requesting my cranberry scone the cashier girl finally reluctantly handed me a scone that i left with only to find out later that it was blueberry! she couldn’t even manage to hand me the correct scone! overall this experience was terrible and i would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

  Came in and tried to order one of their specialty lattes to be told they were out. Chose another coffee option to be charged $1.00 per syrup i added (which you couldn’t even taste in the latte). I also tried to order a breakfast sandwich to be told they were out of every type of bread except plain bagels. Cashier didn’t acknowledge my existence until i was standing there for a full minute straight. My coffee ended up being $10 for a 16oz which was definitely NOT worth the money. All the tables inside were dirty as well. I usually don’t write reviews but i love trying new coffee places and this just didn’t live up to the standard.

  I got the matcha iced latte with strawberry foam and it was about $9 for a 16 oz which is overpriced for the quality of this drink. The drink itself tasted like milk with very small hints of matcha and strawberry. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich but they were out of croissants, everything bagel, and English muffins (basically everything). Almost all the tables inside were dirty. Would not recommend this place.
