  Haven’t been to this chipotle location in a while due to the same issue pictured here. Every time I’ve come here the guacamole is severely brown. Definitely skip on the already overpriced guacamole, unless you want it to be brown and get food poisoning.

  Older Hispanic lady is rude and whispers under her breath when you’re ordering. Rolling her eyes if you’re ordering more than 1 bowl.

  I usually love chipotle, but this location is genuinely terrible compared to others. Idk if it’s because there’s a bad manager, or maybe just the poorly trained staff, but something needs a change. I’ve been coming here for a while now because I normally love the food chipotle has, but every single time I come there is something wrong. For some reason the spice level here for all kind of meats is actually crazy. Unless you have the best spice tolerance of all time, eating the chicken and steak especially is almost impossible without my mouth being completely on fire (I have a very high spice tolerance). I generally feel like I’m breathing straight fire after each meal. Also they have the driest rice I have ever had. And worst of all, there are no water cups unless you want to spend 4$ on a cup of water. Every other chipotle location has water cups except for this one. Another complain I have is about the workers. One, they can barely speak English, so getting correct portions or even any negotiation is such a struggle to go through. For example, I love the quesadilla meal it’s so good at such a small price, but for some reason, this is the only chipotle that gives me a hard time about it. Some people make it for me and get the order wrong, and then some tell me it’s only an online order and I get denied. This chipotle really needs some change.

  This place is terrible compared to every other chipotle I've been to. The meat is poor quality. The service is bad, I had to wait for a lady to finish her conversation with a coworker before ringing me up then after I paid she walked away and continued her conversation and didn’t hand me my food or receipt. They give no water cups and if you want the get water you have to spend $4. So many workers yet only one person making food causing a ridiculous line.

  Had a pick up order schedule for 5 o’clock for a drive-through pick up, arrived at 4:59, And there was two cars ahead of me. It took over 15 minutes for me to get up to the window to pick up my order. I drove over to the beach, which is less than five minutes away, and discovered that my food was cold. I spoke to a representative online, and at first it was very hard to get through to a real person. The app kept saying that they were sorry that my food quality didn’t meet my expectations and they would speak to management and then they closed the chat. After finally pushing the right buttons, I got there to a person, who apologized for my experience and offered me a voucher for a buy one get one free burrito. I tried to explain that I don’t usually come to chipotle’s because there’s not one near me and this is a treat for myself and I would like a refund instead. But as soon as I submitted that message, they enter the chat. So now I’m out money for my food that is UNSAFE TO EAT and I will never be back.
