  Had a pick up order schedule for 5 o’clock for a drive-through pick up, arrived at 4:59, And there was two cars ahead of me. It took over 15 minutes for me to get up to the window to pick up my order. I drove over to the beach, which is less than five minutes away, and discovered that my food was cold. I spoke to a representative online, and at first it was very hard to get through to a real person. The app kept saying that they were sorry that my food quality didn’t meet my expectations and they would speak to management and then they closed the chat. After finally pushing the right buttons, I got there to a person, who apologized for my experience and offered me a voucher for a buy one get one free burrito. I tried to explain that I don’t usually come to chipotle’s because there’s not one near me and this is a treat for myself and I would like a refund instead. But as soon as I submitted that message, they enter the chat. So now I’m out money for my food that is UNSAFE TO EAT and I will never be back.

  After a couple days of trying new things for lunch and dinner while traveling I decided to go to Chipotle because normally id consider them pretty constant. You can NORMALLY go to any chipotle just about anywhere and know exactly what your going to receive in flavor and proportions. Boy was I wrong. The food was terrible. The steak, dry. The portions, pitiful. Once I finally got through the line, I asked for one extra salad dressing considering the one I was given only had about enough for two pieces of steak. I was told no. When speaking to the manager she didn't communicate a single word. she looked at me, basically rolled her eyes in annoyance and handed me the second dressing after I had to beg for it then proceeded to turn around and walk away. Absolutely do not spend your money here. You’d be better off not eating at all.

  I wish I would’ve checked the reviews before going to this Chipotle. By far the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. Customer service clearly is not a priority here and I was charged for multiple items that I never ordered. When I asked the cashier for an extra dressing because the one I was given was pitiful, I was refused and the manager was not friendly or helpful at all.

  Worst proportions I have ever seen in my entire life, had to ask for more. COMING FROM A PAST CHIPOTLE EMPLOYEE. 5 bits of chicken is not normal

  Servers barely understood English, and didn't properly provide the menu items I asked for. I asked for one of the limited menu items at the time, and they proceeded to not give me it. I didn't find out until I was home and tried my meal. I ended up overpaying for my meal. The servers were rude and skimping out on certain items, whilst giving out a lot to other customers, and they were rude about me ordering when I wasn't doing anything wrong besides trying to be polite.
