  Our family has been patronizing Chipotle as a brand forever. This review is for the West Ocean City, MD location. My daughter and I were in town for the day and decided to grab lunch. It was @noon, so it came as no surprise there was a long queue for service. Behind the counter, things looked a little chaotic, with staff walking around seemingly unsure of what stations they should be at or what they were expected to be doing. As the line progressed, order settled over the kitchen area. We ordered our burritos. In previous visits we found staff was minimizing portions of ingredients but today we were pleased that the "shrinking burrito" syndrome that has been prevalent at Chipotle as of late was not effecting today's lunch. We chose to eat at the restaurant. We had to search for a clean table (dining area was messy even though they'd only been open for an hour) and found one. The burritos were fantastic and flavorful- we thought perhaps with it being August they were sourcing local produce- and local makes a meaningful difference when it comes to flavor. We used the restrooms before leaving. While the men's room looked clean-ish... there was a powerful smell that was no doubt from a sour mop. (If mop heads aren't bleached and laundered or replaced frequently- they develop an unmistakable sour smell, and continuing to use it simply spreads that smell everywhere it touches.) Overall- a good visit. On prior visits we'd been disappointed with basic items being out of stock: lettuce, peppers & onions (fajitas) and even shredded cheese. Overall- today's lunch was an 8.5/10.

  We had a great meal at Chipotle! The food was fresh, flavourful and satisfying. Even though there was a line, it moved very quickly, so the wait was short. Highly recommended!

  I went there this past Sunday around 2pm. The line started at only 3 people in front of us and it took forever. I felt bad for the girl that was working because no one supported her she did all the stations by herself and the guy was at the register was acting like he was doing something but was just looking around and ringing but took forever on that too. He made me wait like 4 mins before ringing me up. And had an attitude like he didn't want to be there. There was other workers there but they just seemed to be too busy to help with the customers and when the line started to pile up. I don't know what happened to her but all of sudden there was workers. The cafe area was dirty and restroom had no toilet paper..

  Food was great, restaurant unfortunately was dirty. Tables needed cleaning and trash cans were overflowing. We ate at 4:15pm, so not the dinner rush

  Everything was so delicious!!! I highly recommend this Chipotle. The employees were kind and helpful to everyone. Also one employee had to wrap up a HUGE burrito and no one thought it would fit without ripping the tortilla, but she wrapped it! It looked difficult but she didn’t give up. All in all, this visit was great and i highly recommend stopping here.
