It might look like not much from the outside, but let me tell you they had everything I needed plus an amazing bake me and great selection. Which is very important in my house. The staff was extremely helpful and more than kind. I honestly never went in because I have never been to an acme. But honestly, I think this is my new favorite grocery store. I actually left the grocery store with a smile in my face, which is rare. Great selection of food, wonderful employees, and a happy atmosphere. Five stars!

I also had to leave my dog alone in the car, which I had not wanted to do. There were two women working there - one standing at a register and the other was in the midst of doing her own personal grocery shopping. She said she'd checked orders earlier (like 7 or 8?) and hadn't seen anything. So, I'm guessing she had only checked that once. I asked if the order could just be cancelled as it wasn't even started. She said I could cancel it in the app. I didn't see a way to do that, so I asked her how. She said she didn't know and suggested calling the number on the app. After searching a while, I found the number and called. The woman who answered took my info but said the store has to cancel the order. I told her that they said they didn't know how, so she said she could try and would send me an email to confirm. It has been two days so far; I have not received any email and the charge is still pending in my checking account.
