So here's the story. I bought the birthday balloons on 10/5/2026 in the afternoon around 12 pm. One balloon was either busted or the helium was out and the other was loosing helium too. So I went to the customer service with my problem and this lady (LORI) jumped on me with high voice. She is racist and does discrimination. When I asked her she was thinking that because I am an Indian (from India) origin i won't know how to read. Telling me and making fun of me in front of all this customers and telling me that her name is "sincerely". Safeway should nit have people like her working at the store. My wife are loyal Safeway customers since 2013. We were using Baltimore (canton) Safeway and recently moved to Perry hall. But this lady (LORI) is a black spot on this Safeway. She should not be doing customer service at all.
