This is the only location that charges a $1 extra for extra pizza sauce, which I’ve inquired many times on how to select this as an add-on ONLINE but can never get an answer! There’s a specific employee here that charges for it, the only time the extra fee is applied is when she’s there. So to charge for extra sauce and deliver this very dry pizza is unacceptable! The sauce is only slathered on the top nearing the crust! The pizza in itself is dry! Also, I ordered wings with this order and was charged .79 cents for a blue cheese which I did not receive. The driver I spoke with did offer to bring it to me but as a courtesy to HIM, I said it was fine since it was an error on whoever packaged the orders attention span. I was previously given coupons for prior inconvenience with this stores customer service and the coupon codes were blocked online. I will not return to this location, I will rather drive 20 minutes away before supporting this poor customer service ever again. Also, teach your employees how to NOT charge anyone’s card an extra amount prior to their agreement! I don’t care if an order is delayed until I give my permission! Horrible customer service I recommend perring parkway or Essex location. Much better customer service and quality in the food!
