  Thoroughly enjoyed our pizza. The Italian sausage was perfect! Not overly spicy like some can be.

  I normally don’t leave a bad review but this location is horrible! I ordered food today April 29, 2026 at 5:30pm and didn’t receive it until 8pm. I had to call 3x for the manager to have a “Well he pulling up in 2 minutes” attitude. Food arrived and the ranch dressing was busted all in the bag and the pizza looks like it’s been sitting up a heat lamp. Absolutely ridiculous!

  I want to start by saying I truly love this location food items but I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism displayed. Pizza Bolis delivered the incorrect order to my home and when I called the location they said they were going to send a replacement pizza in exchange for the incorrect pizza which I said was fine. I then called them back an hour  later and was connected with a manager who stated that HE authorized a return back to my card and apologized for the inconvenience. I then call the store on 4/24 because I have not received a refund yet and the 2nd manager I spoke to said she was waiting to hear from the manager I spoke with and when I asked for his name she replied with attitude “ you don’t need that information your dealing with me now” AFTER I had to double call the line while on hold already from the previous line for 15minutes with 0 update. It has now been 3 business days since that conversation and I have called and been put on hold for several minutes again. I am truly amazed that this is how customers are treated especially frequent customers. I was nothing but understanding and polite despite being met with attitude.

  I placed an order number 55 for this location and It’s completely WRONG I’m being told by your employees because it’s Raining I can’t get what I paid for. I paid $29 for nasty food. Sandwich no Mayo no onion a half piece and cheese and no SHRImp. Why is this acceptable!!!! Then the employee had to the nerve to Ask me am I Just eating this 3 hours later!!!! So what if I ate it the next day why my sandwich not correct. I’m expecting a follow up on this immediately. I left a tip for what horrible customer service. Bread is burnt hard as a rock and I should just accept this no I want my money back and I want to speak to the manger. I will go out of my way everyday to make a horrible review. Trash
