- RBRyan BowieSep 10, 20261.0Ordered two sausage egg and cheese wraps with an iced coffee with cold foam. Got home and the two wraps didn’t have sausage in them. The coffee also had been sitting for a while by the time they gave it to me in the drive thru. Went back to get it fixed, they gave me the wraps (with sausage this time) and I asked them to remake my coffee as well. They take me for an idiot and pour the drink into another cup with a new label and add cold foam like I can’t tell the difference. I didn’t even bother contesting it, I was too hungry at this point. This is the third time in a month something like this has happened. Until now, I’ve just taken the L and kept it moving, but I’ve reached my breaking point. I’m never going here again and neither should you, there’s plenty of other Dunkins close enough to justify not going to this location.
