  This location has become very inconsistent. More often than not, my drink order is made wrong , especially if there’s even a small line or the store is somewhat busy. My iced latte order does include a couple flavor syrups and sweeteners, but everything is clearly printed on the order and it’s nothing unreasonable. Too many times they either leave out ingredients I paid for or made the drink with none of the extras at all. As someone who likes their coffee sweet, it’s immediately noticeable. Once is understandable, but this has happened repeatedly. I spend a good amount of money here every week and when I’ve had to come back inside or go back through the drive-thru to have the order corrected, the staff has never been apologetic. Instead, there’s usually an attitude, and employees will start talking among themselves in another language while looking at you, which comes across as unprofessional and uncomfortable when you’re simply asking for the correct order you paid for. I’ve continued coming because of convenience, but if this keeps happening, I’ll likely take my business elsewhere. The drink I get is almost $7.00, I might as well go to the Starbucks up the road for that price for better quality and better service.

  They dont listen and continually get orders wrong. Also the hash browns are always mushy and half cooked.

  I bought a coffee on 5/9 and the cup was so nasty that I didn’t even drink the coffee I threw it away. I didn’t go back to complain because I already drove away. And I was already running late.

  The morning crew used to be really great, but they’ve slipped. I order ahead and pick it up once or twice a week on my way to work. The last month or so, nearly every time I do, one of the female workers tries to give me less than half my orders before verbally shooing me away. I don’t know if the workers are trying to keep food/drinks for themselves or trying to keep the money I paid for it, but either way, it’s unacceptable. One or twice is understandable, but every single time for a month, it’s starting to feel deliberate.

  The food was served was clearly not fresh. This was very disappointing, as customers rely on your business to provide fresh and properly prepared products. The staff were unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of resolving the problem, I was met with a rude attitude and no effort to correct the mistake. This experience was frustrating, especially as a paying customer expecting basic courtesy and accuracy.
