  The employees act like they hate their job. Every time I go in the chef cooking the meat is always angrily staring at the customers. The person making my bowl would not give me a chance to pick my own toppings. I had to ask her to stop and listen to me. The food was all over the counter and messy. Bad customer service.

  I love the staff that work here! The manager Nicole is always so friendly when I stop by. They really treat you like Family. Also shoutout to Dennis for being one of the coolest guys I’ve ever meet in a restaurant setting

  Dennis was fantastic! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. He made sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent customer service. The food at CAVA was amazing, fresh, and delicious. Dennis really made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  The GM of this establishment is very rude and not accommodating. I’ve seen her yelling at her employees as well, especially towards her Latino workers. A lot of the employees at this location are racist too. While waiting for my food, I heard a couple of younger workers mimicking accents and exhibiting microaggressions towards POC customers. Very unprofessional and rude. Corporate will be contacted.
