  First time and last time I’m ordering from this location. Ordered To-Go with a scheduled pickup, where I arrived a few minutes before the pickup time. Employees were ignoring other waiting customers. After 10 minutes, a lead started helping everyone waiting except for me. I asked for my order and was told someone already picked it up from the pickup area. Told the employee that it wasn’t me. Waited another 10 minutes when the employee brought my order out (Hot). Checked the receipt on the order and the original receipt shows my original order was made a half hour before my scheduled pickup time.

  The atmosphere was amazing. The workers were amazing always helpful making good conservation.

  I’ve never been to a cava with rude servers. And rude for absolutely no reason. I had to ask 3 times if I got pita bread with my order. The final time the young girl held it up silently. What in the world? The First Lady I asked ignored my question. I said thank you twice to her with no response. Cool. The second young lady ignored me the first time as well. I thought the restaurant was better than this. If I go and this rudeness happens again, I’ll be speaking to a manger. And if that doesn’t seem to work, I’ll contact corporate. You shouldn’t be able to treat people like this for absolutely no reason.

  This is me and my husband second time at this location and they have ran out of ingredients in which had to go to Boston location

  Salmon didn’t seem fresh - very dry. Service started okay but when passed down the line it got worse. I had to repeat that I did want a bag because the cashier was talking to her co worker she seemed annoyed. Then I had to ask for my complimentary pita that wasn’t in the bag… and she responded with “did you ask for one”- which yes I had actually been asked if I wanted one - in which I replied yes, please…. THEN I get to my car to find they gave me one of the wrong dips. When I went back in to get the correct dip- there was no apology and the employee looked at me like I was crazy when handing him the wrong dip I was given. Also, the free pita was rolled up in its packaging instead of flat- I hadn’t seen that before at a CAVA. Needless to say I won’t be back to this location. I’ve been here a couple times before with mediocre service and okay food - but this is definitely not the location to go to for your first CAVA experience.
