  I ordered a pick up order , the front desk was unattended, I waited 15 min while I’m hearing the staff talking and laughing at the kitchen. I had to call someone by raising my voice ( EXUSE ME) , then someone showed up and handed me my order that was sitting there for so long with no single word like I bothered him by calling

  Our server and everyone on the staff we interacted with were very sweet, but this place needs a serious deep clean. The host was busy assisting someone else when we came in and told us to seat ourselves at a clean table. NONE of the tables were clean. The ones that were “clean” had crumbs on the booth and floor. We asked for menus 2x because the menus had food/sauce smeared inside. The walls around the booths had a visible layer of filth that no amount of wiping with a terry cloth will get rid of. I won’t mention the state of the bathrooms. The wings had feathers on them which was a huge turn off. I understand it happens occasionally. I mean, they’re chicken wings. But everyone who got wings had feathers. For a place that’s known for chicken wings, the burgers were better. Service was exceptional, food was good, restaurant is dirty.

  Lemme tell you: this restaurant is absolutely top-tier! Perfect for any age, mixed with the atmosphere, hospitality, and food, this place is lovely! 5 stars easily!

  Slow service, sticky floors, poor customer service! The wings were ok, but not great. I won't be back and I truly recommend that people choose another establishment.

  My experience at this BWW was terrible as far as service. I sat at the bar, I believe her name was Nikki, she appeared to be me more attentive to one half of the bar rather than myself. From the moment I sat down, she acted as though taking my order was an inconvenience. It took rather long to be acknowledged, despite her repeatedly walking past my seat. When she finally spoke to me, her responses were curt and dismissive, and she seemed far more interested in chatting with customers than providing service. If not for the bartender's poor service, the visit would have been nearly perfect. The rest of the restaurant worked hard to create a great experience, but her lack of attentiveness and professionalism was awful.
