  I'd like to express my frustration with placing an order a week in advance for a specific item only to be contacted the DAY BEFORE pickup and told that "they" are unable to make said item because it's something "the bakery doesn't do..." This should have be communicated when the order was placed. If staff aren't certain what can be made, they should check with someone else. Misleading customers into thinking all is well and then leaving them to scramble the day before the order is picked up adds unnecessary stress to the situation...We all make mistakes, but knowing what your bakery can or can not do should be clear. The staff member that I personally delt with at the time of pickup was nice and polite. I did not communicate this concern at the time of pickup because what's done is done. However, Leaving this review will hopefully remedy any further mishaps.

  Customer Service very poor. Attitude worse. This Manager or whom is the manager on duty right this minute is very lazy. Couldnt even do a simple walk to the back or store to check if there is Salmon or not for a customer. I told them very clearly that it was my 9th phone call and nobody picking up the phone back in meats section but the manager ignored that and kept transferring me to employees that clearly dont pick up the phone. So now im not calling or buying here no more im giving you this review so everyone knows how bad your custoner service is. This is not the first time either. i gave a bad review cause it happened before.

  I've been coming here since it opened. I like everything about it except there is never anyone at the seafood counter!

  My visit to this Food Lion was on a Friday morning. The store was not very crowded and there was a lot of restocking going on, but all the employees were pleasant and helpful. The store is extremely clean. The restrooms are located in the back corner and they were very clean and there was a person cleaning the ladies room as I was there. So it looks like cleanliness and good organization is part of their core values. The prices seem normal in today’s market if there is such a thing as normal and there was a good selection. I always find the Food Lion has a small smaller than typical deli department with less selection. For example, I would’ve loved to get some pre-made sushi, but they don’t sell that here or at any of the Food Lion as far as I know. Parking was easy and free.
