- CDCara DavisAug 7, 20262.0Went in the drive through line for breakfast with my family, on the intercom woman working on today 8/7/26 very rude, asking us anything else in a rude tone after everything we said. Once we got up to the door, even with how many thank you’s we said all we got was absolutely terrible customer service by her not responding. After our bag we got usually your greeted with a “have a great day” all we got was crickets and wondering if there’s anything else. After looking at receipts and holding the line up we finally left. Getting the food out of the bags was a absolute mess, 4 doughnuts in a small bag topped on top of each other with no paper in between, pink frosting all over a French curler and a double chocolate. Hash browns came very hard, like sitting out for days hard. Coffees were probably the only thing I can’t say anything about. If you have any Dunkin’s closer to your area, I’d recommend going to them, because the employees and service at this specific one is horrendous and I will not be going back with my family.

I’ve posted some photos here so you can see what I’m talking about. (They served me my sandwich with the paper still on it.) Is this for real?

The coffee always tastes stale almost. I have tried numerous times to give this location the benefit of the doubt but nit anymore. Ill pay the extra couple dollars to go to Starbucks down the road.
- KCKathy CareyDec 16, 20255.0I ordered the 6 dollar meal deal and the sandwich was a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a not toasted plain bagel like I ordered but it was sausage instead of bacon we went to return it and when we got to the window they were really nice about it they gave us the right sandwich and let us keep the other sandwich and even gave us a free donut of are choice because of the mistake they were really nice about it I hope they have a blessed life
