Date: Aug 21, 2026 at around 5:36pm Me: hi I’m here to pick up under _____ it says it’s ready on the app Papa John’s employee: *stares blank* looks around - says it’s not ready yet. Just a few more minutes. Me: “May I ask why on the app it says it’s ready for pick up?” Papa John’s employee: “it’s a lot to explain…… just a few more minutes”. The general manager or whoever is training these employees to provide at least genuine care to the general public rather than brushing it off like another work shift. I get it people get pressured in retail or working with food. But man this seriously is a piece of garbage place now. Food-wise great! Atmosphere and experience: dreary, careless and rundown. Do better New Carrollton Papa John’s store.

Horrible attention, from the night shift, I have arrived up to an hour before closing and it is always closed, they never want to place orders always with a bad attitude, if they do not want to work that they resign and give the opportunity to another

Jessica said she was going he manager and she should be fired. She is trifling telling people a hour wait to pick up a pizza, I can see if I was doing delivery but 1 hour to pick it up just trifling.
