I bought two bowls for over $40, and the food tasted strange. I don't know if it was the pico de gallo, the salsa, or some other ingredient, but it definitely didn't taste good. I'm not usually one to complain, but this time I felt I had to speak up. What disappointed me most was the service. When I explained the situation, the manager (or whoever was in charge) and the cashier looked at each other and laughed, which made me feel like they weren't taking me seriously. Then she asked me, in a rather unfriendly way, "What do you want me to do? Do you want a refund or a replacement?" I chose a replacement, but she handed it to me very reluctantly. I wasn't asking for a favor. I just expected them to take responsibility for a product that wasn't in good condition and to treat me with respect. As a regular customer, this experience left me very disappointed. I hope they improve both the quality of the food and the customer service.
