During the morning/lunch transition, staff were taking their breaks right as the lunch rush was beginning, leaving customers waiting and not being properly serviced. The staff needs customer-service training and better management oversight. I have a photo documenting what I observed. This location would benefit from a management evaluation and review of its staffing and customer-service practices. Good food should come with good service.
