  Ordered through the app, received the totally wrong sandwich which was $10 less. Called no answer, tried to contact customer support to no avail.

  So I’m just gonna keep this review here because every other restaurant in Mount Airy since the 80 always gave me credit even more. Rogers were Starbucks was pizza oven and was before that any store because we order lunch out every day doesn’t get messed up often but when it does they make it right it’s not like I can drive right back. They wouldn’t even answer the phone they would put my name down and they would credit me when I came back to order food just of the messed up stuff The only reason I’m leaving those there is because I called for half an hour now and cannot get through. We ordered two gyros, two fries and a large roast beef and a milkshake. The gyros were supposed to have extra sauce on the side and they decided not to put any sauce on it at all so I’ve ended up fixing ham and cheese sandwiches. Not sure why nobody would answer the phone for 30 minutes that I’ve tried to call so I can get credit for the two gyros. I’m a business owner myself and if there was any other way to contact them I would. I really couldn’t respond to your response so let me just say I changed some of the stuff because I went tonight and every time Wendy is working this girl needs a raise or something because she has stepped in when the boys are messing up took over always gives me the stuff that I need is very nice very courteous. We got that food tonight and it was perfect. She did not miss a beat, but I would like to have credit for those two gyros that’s what I would do. I have a business in Town too the food is wonderful when they do it correctly and every time Wendy has been there it has been done right atmosphere I don’t really go in, but she’s a keeper

  I love a good Arby sandwich now and then, and this store did not disappoint. I have just one beef (pun intended) with this store...entering the parking lot from the far lane can be confusing. A small price to pay for good food.
