    Came here on Thursday morning and the cashiers are some of the worst customer service workers ever. Nobody there knows what they’re doing and everyone just seems so ditzy and rude. I asked the cashier where do I park, I’m not familiar with this mcdonald’s and she just said ‘somewhere around’ and they already had parked 2 other cars so I had to park in curbside hoping they would bring the food out to me eventually.

    What's the point of having 2 drive through lines if your going to let 3 cars thru the one before taking the seconds order

    I ordered six chicken nuggets I received three I understand counting is hard and apparently, so is customer service actually responding. they passed my “review” along which was just me asking if I could get a refund of points since I didn’t receive the product and after going through six customer service reps who all end up is going silent after the second message where they say they’ll pass my review along (it’s not a review) and then I’ll hear back from the locations Owner it’s been almost an entire month that I’ve yet to hear back on them saying that they’ll pass my review along.

    This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Everything was nasty. The food looked thrown together, tasted old, and was cold by the time I got it. The fries were stale, the burger was a mess, and my drink didn’t even taste right. The restaurant itself was dirty, with trash around and tables that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. What made the experience even worse was the staff. They were incredibly rude, acted like helping customers was a burden, and had terrible attitudes. When I tried to ask a question about my order, I was met with eye rolls and disrespect instead of customer service. I spent my money expecting a decent meal and basic respect, and got neither. The food was disgusting, the service was awful, and I definitely won’t be coming back. Management needs to do a much better job because this location is giving McDonald’s a bad name.This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Everything was nasty.     Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Nobody knows what they’re doing. Rude staff. No one running register even though workers are back there staring at me waiting to order while they’re doing nothing. Taps off orders on their menu screen before they’re done and forget your order so you’re waiting for an order that will never come. The worker back there will literally tell you to fill the cup with ice for him at the machines in the dining area if you want tea. Ridiculous, lazy, terrible service. Waited almost 15 minutes for 2 empty cups and 20 for a McCafé berry sprite drink despite it not being busy. Unbelievable.
