- AJAniah JonesSep 29, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed a mobile order and came for pickup. I picked up cold food and a soggy drink. They told me they couldn’t do anything. App said order was complete so I can’t refund. They would not call manager or help me in anyway. The worker even said to me all this for $7 and spoke on the make of my car as if that has anything to do with the cold messed up order 😂then he proceeds to make himself a drink and drunk it in my face with his arms folded, after telling me he will not remake my order. Horrible customer service. Horrible staff. They need to be shut down.
- GPGregory PalmesSep 19, 20264.0Sometimes the place is really disturbing with all the flies and insects all over the place. The food is simple breakfast food that I can’t really complain about. There’s this one girl, I think her name is Janiyah, she’s the only African American person there and she’s amazing…I was tempted to skip this place after looking at all the bad reviews but wanted to give it a try since it’s right down where I live! She’s certainly quite good at her job. Fast paced, super friendly, acknowledges everything and has absolutely no problem with remaking something she possibly didn’t mess up. She always has a beautiful big smile on her face regardless of how busy the store is! She seems young but already very amazing at her job and I applaud her for that. I can’t speak for others considering everyone else had ignored me upon walking in but she greeted me, offered accommodations, even made small talk that she unfortunately had been really bad that. Overall, nothing made me not want to come back again. I hope to see her often, she deserves all the hours she can possibly get. She’s great to be the only Native American person there! Will be visiting again soon.

Maybe if y’all stop joking around and laughing when someone is ordering y’all would be able to get the orders right.
- HMHannah MaeMay 29, 20261.0I went here after leaving walmart which i don’t usually go here but i decided to, i order a shaken espresso and a oreo cloud latte. i pull up to the window and it is two indian boys, one is making the drinks and food and one is taking orders, i pay with tap and the boy hands me a frozen drink which i didn’t ask for, i said something to him and he laughed and took it back and then asked if i paid? i tell him i just did with my phone and he says nothing and walks away, hands me the oreo cloud latte with no oreo, then he just doesn’t hand me my other drink which i had to ask for, i also got snackin bacon which he hands me RAW AND COLD, then asks if i want it cooked? never again
