  The Haagen Dazs ice cream section is frozen over with thick ice. I reported it to the store but nothing has been done to rectify the problem. The ice cream can't be fresh and up to par when it has melted and re-frozen numerous times. I've purchased frozen veggies, only to get them home and find they are freezer burned. Come on now Giant! Far too often when I've had produce delivered, it looks like it's on it's last leg SMH. Broccoli smelly and turning yellow. Sweet potatoes half soft with holes in them. Bags of wilted salad about to expire. Soft & squishy avocados. The list goes on and on. On 8/4/26 I called the store to speak with a manager regarding a specific issue, was put on hold, and someone named Cortez picked up the phone. I explained why I called and he rudely said, "Well, that's not me!" and hung up the phone. The only courteous employee I've interacted with is Linda, who is usually helping at self checkout. Otherwise, the Marlow Heights store is pitiful and tacky!

  An employee by the name of Shavonta had an absolutely disgusting attitude and gives the store a bad rep. I’ve been a customer at this location for over 2 decades and have never had a problem until her. I really hope the store actually takes disciplinary action seriously!

  Did an online pick up order. Pulled up at my pick up time and sat outside for 30mins. Called inside and was told they're on the way out with my order, only to sit for another 15mins. Decided to go in the store only to see my pick-up order sitting beside the counter. Mind you it had meat and other perishable item in it. Just sitting there. I grabbed my cart take it to the car only to find my bread smashed and eggs bagged with 2 gallon milk jug. Bag with freezer item were soggy from condensation they were just sitting there. Very disappointed. It's more upsetting that when I walked in there employees were standing around my cart complaining about have to work next Saturday and the hours they have to work. I usually tip really good to the person who brings my groceries out but hey they missed out .

  The customer service manager Arkisha Wise was so pleasant and professional! I was at the Marlow heights Giant food store today June the 30th 2026. I would like to thank Arkisha Wise for the excellent professionalism during my shopping experience! I also would like to thank Jermaine Ford and John Baker for there great customer service during my shopping experience today at the Giant Food in Marlow heights. If I could give these three more then five stars I would have, but there's only five stars 🤩
