  The customer service manager Arkisha Wise was so pleasant and professional! I was at the Marlow heights Giant food store today June the 30th 2026. I would like to thank Arkisha Wise for the excellent professionalism during my shopping experience! I also would like to thank Jermaine Ford and John Baker for there great customer service during my shopping experience today at the Giant Food in Marlow heights. If I could give these three more then five stars I would have, but there's only five stars 🤩

  This store is so unprofessional and inconsiderate! I went to this location last night 6/22 around 9:30ish, after I got everything I needed I checked out at 9:50 exactly. On my way out the store the old cart pusher working that night persistently kept asking for my number RIGHT OUTSIDE THE STORE as I was grabbing my my things out the cart (mind you it’s almost 10pm in a dark parking lot and I’m a female alone). I mistakenly forgot a $4.79 pizza in the cart. When I got home I realized I didn’t have it and the store closed at 10. I went back IMMEDIATELY after I noticed and of course all the carts were put back. Fast forward to today (6/23) I call up there and they basically said it’s my loss. When I checked out there was 3 teenage kids at self checkout not even acknowledging customers but standing there talking about smoking when they get off. If it weren’t for the cart pusher making me feel comfortable this would’ve never happened. They need to take accountability and teach their employees professionalism. I used to frequent this store multiple times a week. I absolutely will NOT be returning to get harassed by employees in dark parking lots.

  I live close by this store and some of the staff is rude but more of the staff is professional than rude. Some of the customers are abrasive so I can understand why some of the staff may be abrasive. The store is clean I like I said earlier, more of the staff is nice than the ones who are not...

  The produce is never fresh … The meat section always smell like something has died on the shelf there is always discolored chicken / turkey wings I’m convinced from heat exposure (sitting out all night possibly even days in a row). The dread head customer service rep is rude he’s better off as a secret shopper or something. Theres never more than 3 lines open … The extra star is honestly for the stockers I can say the aisle's are always kept up and to the 3 cashiers that are there always greeting very nice, they’re the birthday.
