  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered through Grubhub late at night, and the app estimated 20–25 minutes. I fully understand that delivery times can run longer, especially late at night, so I wasn’t expecting it to be at my door in 20 minutes. Part of the reason I ordered through Grubhub is that the app normally allows you to track the order, receive updates, and communicate with the delivery driver if there are any questions or issues. However, this restaurant’s Grubhub listing specifically indicated that they handle their own delivery, so there was no normal Grubhub delivery tracking or driver communication. The app essentially told me that if I had questions about the delivery, I needed to contact the restaurant directly. After 30 minutes with no update, I did exactly that. I called the restaurant myself, and the person I spoke with assured me that my order was already ready and that they were simply waiting for a delivery driver. Fine. I waited another 30 minutes. Then, with zero notice from the restaurant, I received a message saying that my order had been canceled. Except when I checked Grubhub, the order was still showing as active. I contacted Grubhub customer service, and they told me they had spoken directly with the restaurant manager, Larson, who supposedly guaranteed that my order was ready and would be delivered. So I waited again. Another 30 minutes went by. Still nothing. I reached out again and was told that my order was supposedly guaranteed to arrive within another 15–20 minutes. I waited the additional 20 minutes. Still nothing. No order. No meaningful update. No call from the restaurant. Nothing. At this point, I had spent well over an hour and a half waiting for an order that I had repeatedly been assured was ready and on its way. I genuinely don’t know if this was an isolated incident or what was happening at the restaurant that night, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. The entire point of ordering through an app like Grubhub is supposed to be convenience and communication. Instead, because this restaurant handles its own deliveries, I had to repeatedly chase them down myself just to find out what was happening with an order I had already paid for. And the worst part is that there were so many opportunities to simply communicate. If there was a problem with the delivery driver, the restaurant could have called. If they couldn’t fulfill the order, they could have told me. If the order needed to be canceled, they could have communicated that. Instead, I was given multiple assurances that it was ready and coming, received conflicting information about whether it had even been canceled, and ultimately spent hours waiting with essentially no communication from the restaurant. If you’re going to advertise that you’re open late, accept orders during those hours, and choose to handle your own delivery rather than using Grubhub’s delivery system, then you need to be prepared to actually fulfill those orders and communicate with your customers. Maybe this was a one-off situation. I hope it was. But based on this experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before placing a late-night order here. The problem wasn’t simply that my food was late. The problem was the complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service throughout the entire process.

  We have been costumers of this place for years. It’s always great pizza, great service, good price, local. Better than any other chain pizzeria.

  My pizza and fries were good , my wings were a little soggy but moving forward I’ll ask for the wings to be fried hard . Otherwise no issues
