So I'm going to describe the employee that made my day! She was kind, sweet, and acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store. Someone like her is enough to turn someone's day around because you never know what people are going through! I wish her so many blessings in health and wealth! *Beautiful Younger Female with Dark Skin *Wore Glasses *Had shoulder length braids/twists/locs *Rang me up at the front counter *Time was around 12:10pm

Orders are either wrong, missing items, or the food isn’t even cooked all the way. They also almost never seem to have donuts available, which is frustrating for a donut shop. On top of that, the employees are often rude and unpleasant, and the store itself is usually dirty and has an awful smell. I’ve contacted corporate multiple times about these issues and have never received a response from the owner or management. This location seriously needs better management, cleaner conditions, and improved customer service.

Mind you there were only three customers at the time and I was first in line alone when I walked in. Her name was Sandra. She is an older lady who is also a manager. She argues back and forth with me about not wanting to cook what I asked for. Not that it wasn't in stock or that it wasn't a menu item, she just decided she wasn't going to make it. Little did she know, I am pre-diabetic and all tbe maple is too much for me.
