  I went to subway to try the new protein pockets, I wanted banana peppers, lettuce, and tomatoes on my wrap. The employee at the location said the wraps only comes with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. I told her I don't want pickles. She explained the wraps can't be customized. I said I don't want pickles, I'd like banana peppers. I said show me where it says on the wall, Can't be customized, and she couldn't, so I ended up leaving all the food!!!!! I'll go somewhere else and spend my money!!!! Update to this review: the photos of the wraps I wanted are advised with banana peppers!!!!! Another Update: as I was standing outside on the subway taking pictures of the flyer. The same employee came out and said you take pictures of us!!!! She is so rude!!! I'll be calling corporate next time. I asked her name she said I don't have a name!

  Employees are getting to know me. They also speak Spanish which is VERY Helpful. I order 2 Cold Cut subs. They fixed them just as I asked. I also got 2 dozen cookies. We love their Oatmeal Raisin, n Chocolate Chip cookies.

  OWNER doesn't care if his employees are RUDE!!! DIDNT GIVE ME MY RECIEPT! After saying he didn't charge me for my drink but tried to throw it away.

  Same rude lady in the Jaime Lopez’ review We were coming from working all day since 7 in the morning It was 8:30 PM A crew of 7 people. We all ordered 7 of 1 foot long in total When it was time of my sandwich this lady had wrapped without any sauce, because she said I was talking to the other guys Instead of asking me what sauces I want Second: I went to the bathroom, it was locked. I asked this lady to give me the key, she said the bathroom had been cleaned already and if I used it I will have to clean it again. I told her, the bathroom is intended for its purpose and it will be never be hundred percent clean She denied the bathroom despite we were buying customers Try to call subway customer service, i have tried to call store manager, they don’t have nobody This lady should not be serving food for people, she treats customers like pigs. No customer service skills. No education Making sandwiches shouldn’t be enough for them to hire someone. Customers deserve respect
