  Placed my order at the counter with an employee because I had a Complimentary Meal Comp Card that required manager approval due to an issue at another location. My order was taken correctly, but it was not prepared correctly. Please see the receipt and photos for details. I would appreciate better attention to detail, employees following instructions accurately, and stronger accountability standards. Better training and incentives for employees to take pride in their work could greatly improve the customer experience.

  We found a hair in our fries and asked for a replacement. The manager seemed annoyed and never said “sorry about that”, or anything… just silently handed us a new one. It looked like no one was wearing a hair net over their beards. The manager was on his phone the whole time too.

  My flight got canceled and I had to get a hotel, I walked across to get some dinner after being stuck in the airport and the dining room was closed, and they wouldn't let me get food at the drive thru because I didnt have a car. Of course I didnt have a car, I wasnt even supposed to be in this town.
