  Very good employees nightshift weekend Spanish female give me a call from literary bag of chips and a drink even though I came in too late to order 5 minutes left before closing on disabled amputee was really upset determined to get Chipotle the next day I ordered on the app arrived again sparing 5 minutes left and got food greatly made & got a extra bag of chips. They're number 1 in bowie area

  Chipotle in linthicum every time when the older Spanish lady is there she doesn't want to put barley anything in your bowl. I only get a couple things in my bowl. She doesn't even put a full spoon of rice and when you ask for more she puts a tiny little bit. I only get rice chicken corn and the tomatoes. I don't even get a half way full bowl. I don't think I'll be going back.

  While ordering an online order through their app, I paid for double meat and guacamole and when I got my bowl, there was no guacamole and there was no double chicken. This is the third time that I’ve gotten food from them. That’s not me at the restaurant that it has not been correct. I let it go the first two times because it wasn’t that big of a deal but paying for double meat and guacamole is an extra charge that they seem to think that nobody is gonna notice that they don’t put that stuff on there. I’m very disappointed at this store when it comes to getting food from them.

  the staff (specifically a squat woman with glasses) were quite rude. when i went, there were no vegetarian options out and the staff did not possess a willingness to compensate for not having them. my “veggie bowl”which i assume it would have been had the fajitas been ready, was reduced to rice, beans, corn, pico, and lettuce. i thought a reasonable ask would be to add extra guacamole since, again, there were no fajitas however i was told that it wasn’t possible. The restaurant is open until 11pm and it’s 9:30, you’d think there would be an option other than chicken or an explanation as to why the other vegetarian protein options aren’t available. additionally, the restaurant is disgusting. the tables had not been recently cleaned and i watched a patron clean off their own table due to the messiness. i will not be returning. my advice is to save your time and go any other location.

  Went to grab lunch… The meat portion was unreasonably small.. I asked for double protein and it was quite literally the amount of one portion. Mind you I eat chipotle all the time, first time at this location. The service was not enjoyable. The cashier was “tossing” the items in my bag to the point she saw the look on my face and “apologized” saying “I’m sorry (giggles it off) my stomach hurts”.. like huh? SMH. Then I go to sit and watch eat and every table in the dining area is filthy, meanwhile there’s staff behind the counter on their phones. On top of that in the midst of eating the was a insect on my lettuce in my bowl, I showed them and they made me a new bowl but they didn’t even toss that pan of lettuce out and get a new one. The continued to serve customers out of the same pan of lettuce the insect was found in. This place is poor and Management is poor here.
