- CCChicwiththe Chicken1 day ago1.0I recently visited the Chick-fil-A location near BWI, and unfortunately, it was not the experience I expected. This location feels like it’s being operated without the customer service standards Chick-fil-A is normally known for. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, there was no one at the speaker, and it took an unusually long time for someone to answer. I’m used to seeing employees outside helping move the line efficiently, but that wasn’t the case here. There was no warm greeting, no “good morning,” and overall the interaction felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. The drive-thru line was moving very slowly despite there only being a few cars. The day before, I placed a curbside order and ended up going inside to pick it up myself. While inside, I noticed several employees standing around talking instead of assisting customers or staying productive. When I got to work, I realized my bag was missing napkins and sauces. To make matters worse, today my food was not fresh, even though service was slow and there were only about four guests in the drive-thru. That was very disappointing. Please do better. I normally enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this location did not deliver the level of service or quality customers expect. Unless my order is remade or there are improvements in management and overall customer service, I do not plan on returning.

Workers did not care how close they came to us unboxing material. We were there 2-hours before closing.
