  Im not happy I had to give you 1 star I just left I come here almost everyday nd only 2 employees give exceptional customers service 1 female nd one young male...So today I wanna try the pecan chicken salad sandwich I always get the turkey bacon ranch sandwich today I got the sandwich without lettuce the presentation of the sandwich that is new for me the chicken salad sandwich the pecan one the bread wasn't cut in half one side of the bread looks like it was toasted the other side looks regular it looks like they just slap the food on the bread and just put it in the paper and threw it in the bag I don't know but the presentation makes a big difference of the sandwich you must have rushed bcz it looked like it this establishment is never busy there's barely any cars that come through the drive-thru and there's barely any customers inside it's a very clean establishment inside I will say that so I had a bite into it and it was disgusting now I'm worried about coming to this place because of that one experience

  At bwi the prices are supposed to be the same as if you went to any other location in the area food is 12$ plus more expensive

  We have been to this arbys so many times and one would think we would learn to.check the bag, but we dont. We are always missing something. Fries, drinks....I get it...fast food.jobs are lame. Butyou know....food is pricy.

  i work in the area and the office wanted to try the new cheese steak. i ordered four online and arrived to see that my pick up time was incorrect. the staff quickly filled the order with smiles. the sandwiches were great and service was even better. we will be back. keep up the great work!!

  There was lady by the Name of Asia, that was able to turn a prideful fool into happy and humble customer.. A lot of people look, but very few actually see. Thank you for being the person who looked closer and chose to care. If there someone whom should be give an opportunity to run a store and represent the humanitarian ship of Arby's, it should be Asia.
