  Whenever I go in and Samantha or Ebony are working I know that there is not going to be a single problem with my order. Unfortunately the delivery drivers- which is now doordash are hit and miss. I even watched one put down the pizza bag on its end on the ground, to "I need to do this to open the stuck flap- you wouldn't believe how strong the Velcro is!" Of course most of the cheese and such since the pizza was still hot was now in the cardboard box and the pizzas were kind of smushed down on that side flattened as if I had brought home a frozen pizza from the grocery store and didn't think to lay it flat just left it standing up in the bag and it partially thawed before getting home. Aside from the frustration of delivery drivers and a few of the employees telling me that they don't have to read any requests just make the standard pizzas the place is great.

  The employees were nice and kind , they made sure that my order was right and complete. I also enjoyed the customer service it was top tier!!!

  I ordered the special, 2 LG 3 toppings. I received 2 cheese pizzas. I called the store, talked to the manager and he told me they have nothing to do with on line orders? WHAT?! No sorry, no offer of reund and no offer to remake the correct order. To top it off there was way too much garlic poured on it. I can't even call it a "sprinkle". I will not be ordering from them again.

  Second time I have order from the great mills location for delivery and have missing items. When I called to report the issue I was hung up on 2 times..
