  Every time I visit I pray and hope they give me what I pay for. Even the simplest order is messed up. Customer service is horrible on top of that. This place needs corporate to come in and investigate.

  05/15/2026 I ordered at 11:17pm. I was forced to wait in the drive thru line while the employees were playing and talking with a friend at the window. There was no transaction, they were just talking for 20 minutes while the line was forxed to wait. I asked for the manager and told them what happened. I did not get my order until 11:35pm. And not only did I have to unnecessarily wait, but the food was also cold. This was absolutely unnecessary. I was not waiting on food to be prepared, I was waiting for the employee to stop playing. I was late getting back to work because the drive thru is only one lane. So, I was late for work and still had to buy something else to eat because the food was cold.

  I went in to try to use the restroom, an employee walks in with cleaning products and towels and then shut the stall behind them. They were in there for like 20 minutes probably just playing on their phone before I had to tell the manager that your employee is just sitting in the stall, when they went into retrieve him he was all pissed off and confused like what did I do wrong, then I go in the stall and it's absolutely filthy, you're an all over the seat in the floor

  Waited in the drive-thru for almsot 20 minutes, line was backed up. And they didnt utilize the parking spots for overflow. Absolutely horrible service. Absolutely nothing has changed for 2 years, worst McDonald's i have ever had to go to
