- KBKim Brooks1 day ago1.0First McDonald's I went to where I could not charge my phone and eat at the same time. I do a lot of work on my phone so I need the wifi and to be able to charge my phone. If is cost too much electricity put in paying stations. But let's be for real McDonald's prices have been steadily increasing like most things in our economy. So there is no longer a $1 menu and if you use the app you have to buy something in order to get something at a discount or one of the advertised freebies. So why didn't they factor in the electricity bill if customers charge their phones or laptops while eating. They get 1 star for the lack of staff attention and service (No one showed up to register for 10 minutes, no where to charge my phone, lobby area was clean but had no customers, bathrooms were semi clean. I felt not welcomed so I left without ordering a thing. Better safe than sorry. So I didn't rate the food.

I received a McDouble meal; however, I was provided with a small size instead. Moreover, when I requested sweet-and-sour sauce, I was informed that I would be charged 30 cents because I did not mention it at the drive-thru speaker, even though I had specified it at the drive-thru window. Consequently, I am dissatisfied with the service. This is not an isolated incident; it has occurred three or four times. My question is: what is the significance of some condiments? When you are a paying customer. The attitude of the manager is ridiculous 🙄
