  Very slow service. Don’t order online if you value your time. Online order was in hand 15 mins after the app’s projected completion time. Wasn’t even busy.

  Avoid at all costs. Started eating once I got back to my hotel. Chicken quality was horrible. All rubbery. Just not the quality it used to be.

  The employees here are rude and have absolutely no customer service. I decided to try this location, as I always go to the Baltimore Ave location down the road from my house, but I wanted to try this location, as it is also close to me. As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted it was completely silent. I will say all of this makes sense why it was empty. Probably the first empty Chipotle I have even seen. When I walked up to the counter the man asked me what I wanted and then proceeded to stare at me and laugh. I’m not sure what he was doing. I asked him what he said because maybe I missed the joke and he just shook his head to say “nothing”. Then the lady at the cash register had no personality. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. After I paid, she just handed me my receipt and began to do something else. She didn’t say thank you, have a nice day or nothing. I’ll just continue going to the Baltimore Ave location.

  This is probably one location I'll STOP coming to. The employees here are usually nonchalant and/or rude and most of the time the dining room is empty, so I'm not sure why they seem so uninterested in doing their jobs well. I was so irritated, I'm still sitting in the parking lot writing this... An employee this evening, a young man, after serving me an undersized portion of steak, informed me that anything over 4oz is an extra charge when I asked for a few more pieces...so you're telling me you can eyeball 4oz of protein to charge more, but not eyeball it to give me the correct amount? ...and then have an attitude when I asked for a few more pieces? When I mentioned it was BS, his reply was "Yea, ok". Obviously, management here isn't doing their job well and it reflects in the employees. No wonder this location has three stars and it will continue to decrease as long as management allows their employees to treat customers with disregard. This isn't the first time I've had issues with employees here, but it's the first time I decided to leave a review because of the young man that served me today. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Good service appears to be a thing of the past...
