The employees here are usually nonchalant and/or rude and most of the time the dining room is empty, so I'm not sure why they seem so uninterested in doing their jobs well. I was so irritated, I'm still sitting in the parking lot writing this... An employee this evening, a young man, after serving me an undersized portion of steak, informed me that anything over 4oz is an extra charge when I asked for a few more pieces...so you're telling me you can eyeball 4oz of protein to charge more, but not eyeball it to give me the correct amount? ...and then have an attitude when I asked for a few more pieces? When I mentioned it was BS, his reply was "Yea, ok". Obviously, management here isn't doing their job well and it reflects in the employees. No wonder this location has three stars and it will continue to decrease as long as management allows their employees to treat customers with disregard. This isn't the first time I've had issues with employees here, but it's the first time I decided to leave a review because of the young man that served me today. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Good service appears to be a thing of the past...

- PSPedro SouzaJul 20, 20261.0ok well let me start off by saying that if i could give 0 stars i would but google only lets be give 1. to start off the lady that was working on giving me my food was super rude to be and did a horrible job on her service and even gave terrible attitude towards me. i felt very hurt and shameful because of her actions towards my person. i believe her name was vanessa. she need to be taught a good lesson on treating people good! i hope you guys work on this and don't let it happen again! thank you for your time
