On top of that, the food lacked the flavor and freshness I normally expect from Chipotle. The rice, meat, and toppings all tasted a bit bland compared to other branches I’ve visited.

Today the lack of problem solving skills made this my last visit. As I was talking with the cashier about adding a side of guacamole I mentioned that I had points and wanted to use them. I showed him the app and he watched me click on the free guacamole but I guess my finger accidentally hit the queso button. When he typed in the code it said queso I asked if he could just switch it out, He stared at me for a long time until the gentleman behind me said just give her the guacamole even I heard her say it. I got frustrated and left without my guacamole and a loss of 500pts. Do better management
