From the moment I started ordering, the employee was rude and dismissive. When I asked for fajita vegetables, she told me that it was late, they were about to close, and that whatever was on the line was all they had. However, I could clearly see fresh fajita vegetables being cooked in the back. When I asked if I could wait for them, I was told no, yet moments later those same vegetables were added to my bowl. What was even more surprising was that when I asked about the seasoning, she told me the fajita vegetables do not contain salt or oregano. Having worked at Chipotle years ago, I remember those ingredients being part of the preparation process. Whether the recipe has changed or not, the employee was unable to provide a clear or professional explanation and simply ignored me when I asked about it. It was obvious that this employee does not understand the basics of customer service, and even more concerning, seemed unfamiliar with the product she was serving. That level of misinformation is disappointing and reflects poorly on the customer experience. The food was not the main issue—the attitude, lack of professionalism, and misinformation were. Very disappointing experience.
