- BBBubbles BurbujasSep 3, 20261.0I had such a sad experience here. I wanted to pick up food for my spouse and I. I was so excited and had a whole list of what I wanted to order (bowl+burrito+ chips and guac+ lime sauce + lemonade) The employees were so rude and dismissive. I told the first employee I intended to order a bowl and a burrito. I started off ordering my bowl (half and half chicken/beef) She turned me to the next employee. The employee put pure chicken on my bowl, I said I wanted half and half, she told me it’s too late. I kindly asked if she can just take some off and she said no but she can charge me extra for beef. I was forced into paying extra. I tried to patient and said that’s fine. Then by the end she didn’t ask me if I wanted anything else and ignored my request for my burrito. I thought maybe the cashier wouldn’t ignore me and waited for him to address me. I told him I wanted to add a burrito too. He rudely told me to go back to the end of the line. I’m an easy going and non confrontational person so I said that’s ok. I just ended up paying for the bowl but felt so sad I couldn’t even get the burrito I wanted. I was a paying customer and the rudeness was unacceptable. We all have bad days but I don’t need to feel like a criminal for wanted to buy food. I will never walk into any chipotle again. Why am I paying premium prices to be treated like a criminal? There are polite ways to go about things. I chose not to argue or cause a scene. Just awful.
