    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. Last week I went through the drive-thru to order a frappe, and I was told the frappe machine was down. I decided to give the location another chance and returned this morning, only to find that the machine was still out of service. What was even more disappointing was my conversation with the shift supervisor, Leslie. I spoke with him over the phone about the ongoing issue. When I expressed my frustration and mentioned filing a complaint, he told me there was “no point” in contacting corporate because “nothing was going to happen.” That response was unprofessional and made me feel like customer concerns don’t matter. I understand that equipment can break, but a machine being out of service for over a week without a solution is frustrating. Even more concerning is having a supervisor dismiss a customer’s concerns instead of listening and trying to help. I come to this McDonald’s almost every morning to purchase a frappe, so this has been especially disappointing. Based on this experience and the way my concerns were handled, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not be returning. I hope management addresses both the equipment issue and the level of customer service being provided because loyal customers deserve better.

    The staff and the food is good and the service is good the only complaint is that there's beggars on all entrances front and back so anyone walking in gets confronted

    Couldn’t place an order through the drive through. Person taking orders refused to take orders from the second drive through. Went inside to place order. I placed my order using the kiosk and waited. Waited for 15 minutes and spoke up and asked if my order was ready. My order was just sitting there. The front person was more concerned about the drive-through. I should of kept driving and kept my money. It won’t happen again because I’m not going back.
