This is my neighborhood Giant and I go here often to get groceries, well 10/13/2026 I went to this Giant to pick up a few things for dinner. They had a sale on eggs but when I looked at the eggs they were no good each one had a cracked egg and was picked over so I noticed it was some in the back. Before I could touch it a guy that work in the dairy department I was told his name is Mark but the store manager said Maurice approached me and my three kids saying aht aht dont do that. Asked me why I wont get the eggs in the front. I told him it was picked over and cracked. I didnt want to pay for eggs that were broken. He said I am not helping you thats crazy and proceeded to yell while my kids are there, I have an autistic kid and yelling sets him off. I tried to tell this guy to just go away and he was still yelling like he was drunk or on drugs. This should be against company policy, now I can't go back to the store because he is still thier and my kids are scared to go inside. I feel Giant do not do enough for ADA customers in this situation.

Giant has a massive selection, and the quality of their store-brand products easily outperforms other major chains in the area. Customer service can be a bit of a mixed bag—some staff members are wonderfully kind, while others seem pretty burnt out—but overall, it's a solid place to shop.

Dude y'all only ever have two damn lanes open on Saturday and Sunday morning like you don't know there is gonna be a rush... You absolute clowns could not even attempt to keep your word for six days. It's 842 am and there is exactly one line open on Sunday morning.

I was in Giant (Largo) and I witnessed the manager John (white) accuse 3 black boys for stealing. He told security to make the boys open their book bags to check for items and she found absolutely nothing. He stereotyped those boys and didn’t even offer them an apology. If he can’t handle managing a predominantly black area he should be transferred if not fired. In 2026 this is unacceptable. Not all young black boys are criminals!! I was completely disgusted!!
