Food came fast. Greens were absolutely unfit for consumption. No pork no vinegar just cooked greens in water. Zero flavor. Brisket was tough sliced like meatloaf, will not be back . BBQ is an art.

This was my first time trying supreme bbq and I love me a nice brisket sandwhich, I got the combo and asked to try a sample of the Mac and cheese and the cook Rico was kind wish to let me try a sample. Kai the cashier displayed some of the best customer service I’ve seen in years and being a veteran in customer service myself it brought tears to my eyes. I payed majority of the price and was a few dollars short and couldn’t pay she happily took money out her own pocket to cover the rest of my cost. Bravo on hiring such great staff! Will definitely be back!

This has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The beef brisket is incredibly juicy, tender, and flavorful. It was so good that I came back just a couple of days later just for the brisket and candied yams. The yams were delicious, and the young lady taking orders was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service.
My only concern is the pricing. The menu lists the Thai Tea at $6.50, but I was charged $8.50. I didn’t realize it until after I paid because I was thinking, “Wow, $30 for lunch!” When I looked at my receipt, I noticed the higher price. I also noticed the receipt says “Total (Non-Cash),” which makes me wonder if there’s a different pricing structure for card payments. If that’s the case, it should be clearly explained and the menu prices should match what customers are charged or clearly disclose any additional card pricing.
The food is outstanding, and I’ll definitely be back for the brisket. I just hope the pricing is made more transparent so customers aren’t surprised at checkout.

It was our first time trying Supreme BBQ and unfortunately it will be the last.
The ribs were EXTREMELY spicy and pretty greasy. The pulled chicken was very sweet and mostly all dark meat. Didn't taste smokey or like BBQ, only SWEET! The macaroni and cheese was blahh, looking and tasting like all Velveeta! Needless to say, we had a few bites and threw the rest out. The only good thing was the collard greens. We'll stick to our home cooking next time we want this type of food!
Brisket isn’t properly rendered. Whoever is cooking it doesn’t understand the concept of low and slow. Sides are rather nice and portions are good. But I got two pounds of brisket and it wasn’t edible.
