  The food was mid I ordered a jet sandwich and literally got a pile of chicken between two drive slices of bread the service is very slow and rude and as far as the atmosphere 🤦🏽‍♂️ the can use a AC or some type of ventilation there

  If the food is a 9 the service is a -99. I left out far less happier than I walked in. After finally getting to the register I find out that the cashier handed half my food out to the person in front of me to fill his order. So I waited more time. Meanwhile the cashier is continually disrespecting the customers for ordering food, “everybody wants food, everybody wants food” MORE WORKERS! STOP BEING GREEDY

  You must be patient for a good fresh hot meal, yes it can take some time but it is well worth the wait...for me. As always I truly appreciate the ladies and staff at Just Jerk.

  The food is excellent! My feedback would be for an bigger establishment, have a functional a/c unit, at least two cashiers instead of one. It was too busy for one person, so I recommend one cashier to give out the online orders, phone orders, and handing out the dine in orders.

  The food is decent. The workers don't answer the phone. They r rude, in person, especially to their American customers. I'm not American but I have observed that. When I deal with them I speak the lingo so they deal with me a little different. Hopefully they are here legally with that behavior 🤔. Year's ago my husband and I was their first customer. They used to have a dollar posted on the wall that was from us. I used to see the owners all the time. Haven't seen dem in a while especially the black one. The other I have seen more recently, maybe about 5 years ago. Maybe he is wht or biracial 🤷🏾‍♀️ not sure, but I wish I would run into him, to complain. I guess once a business is steadily making money. For some, the money is more important than how you treat you customers 🤷🏾‍♀️
