  I’m a regular customer of Giant. Particularly because it’s in my neighborhood, a decent 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. For the most part, the store is is a good place to pick up a few things and at times stock my refrigerator and pantry. Lately though I have been disappointed with the store and their digital sales and coupons. I have noticed over the past few months that many of the displayed and digital pricing IS NOT what I have been charged. I caught it recently and went back to the store and received back the pricing difference. However, after reviewing my receipt again, I noticed 2 other items were not priced according to both the digital coupon I had as well as the tag on the item in the store. Namely: -Peaches for $0.99 a pound, I was charged $1.49 -Crab legs for $8.99 a pound, I was charged $12.99 -Multipack of chips -Doritos and Lays brand was $8.99, I was charged $10.99 A few weeks ago toothpaste was 2/$1. I was charged $3. When I look at the price of the items, I also look at the list of items that accompanies it in the app; to ensure I am getting what the sale is on. I am also abiding by things such as “must spend $25” to receive the price. I am spending $50 and up. I am becoming more and more disappointed with this location of Giant. If I am not paying strict attention to what I am being charged, I will be paying upwards of 10-30% and more OVER the posted prices. That is lying to customers and in essence, the way I see it, stealing my money. Giant requires their customers to do extra work to ensure they are honest. That’s a BAD look for them! Customers, be aware!

  Went to this store to get some lettuce, the lettuce looked great on the outside but the core was rotting from the inside. Also be careful since the Liquor Store has opened the people hanging outside the Giant, by the Liquor Store and walking thru the parking lot begging has increased. The guard driving around is a waste of money they just look and the crime cameras does scare anyone, watch yourself. 5-16-26
