- THToni HicksMay 8, 20261.0I am the social committee leader for my church and held a night of food and fun on April 25, 2026. I arranged for 8 cheese pizzas to be delivered to the church at 7:45 pm. At 8:15 pm still no pizzas, so I called to find out what was going on. They said my order was ready and they were just waiting for a driver. I sent my daughter to go pick them up and not one pizza was ready. She had to wait 20 minutes for them to make the order. No apology or discount was given! Meanwhile my event was without the main food for the party. It was an hour and a half late. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I will never use that location on Lanham-Severn Road, Bowie, Maryland again.

I’ve been eating at this location for at least the past 3 years because I live down the street and one of the few times I decide to use my rewards points to get a quick bite this guy gives me the third degree (asks for ID verifies that it’s me. Then before giving me my change for the item I paid for double checks my phone number, says “well I haven’t seen you before and I have to make sure because people come here scamming”. I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve never complained with hour long wait times on deliveries because at a point this location was understaffed. Never complained when an order came out wrong or not how I liked it because stuff happens. But after basically calling me a scammer, a liar and a thief the basic thing you could do as a manager or even as a man who works hard for his money just like you do is apologize when you realized you made a mistake!! I don’t think I’ve ever in my life written a 1 star review before now but Rinku you are the worst and I hope no one treats you the way you treat people.

That said, their delivery is always fast and right on time, which I really appreciate. One thing I’d strongly suggest, though, is sealing the pizza boxes. It would give both the restaurant and customers more peace of mind knowing the food hasn’t been tampered with.
